This is one of my favorites. If it looks familiar it's because it should be. Everyone knows about black pudding by now because of the countless bongfood threads. The main difference is in the use of filler, or lack thereof. British people put oats in their blood sausage, for Spanish and Portuguese people it's rice. For the French it's only pig blood, onions and spices. The end result is very creamy, you could spread on baguette (you should)
