yes, but I changed my eating habits last year and changed some medications so now I am losing. 70lbs so far. 40 more to go. I am only losing 4-8 lbs a month, but it is consistent.
Hooray for giving up low fat,low cal diet shit in favor of moderate fat, moderate cal clean eating and a little bit of activity.
