The picture you're referring to is shakshuka. I found out about it a few years ago. Incredibly easy to make, relatively healthy and cheap, and very filling. Works for any meal of the day. Look up some recipes and try cooking it. Ridiculously easy to cook and good for leftovers as well.

Howdy folks, I recently bought a 2lb bag of frozen skin-on salmon fillets from walmart

I've never cooked salmon and would like some suggestions.

I plan on making a green salad with the meal and some wild rice.

any recipes or advice would be appreciated.

General fish thread as well, I suppose
