Haven't tried the 10, I like the 12 though, this is my first time trying it. I'm really trying to get into the Glenlivet 12, especially because I liked the 14 that's finished in cognac casks, but I'm not enjoying that much. The Glenfiddich 12 just seems better all around. I have better glassware but sometimes I don't care, these aren't super expensive bottles.
