It's more a Med Spanish thingie, we call mar i montanya (mountain and sea) and it can end very delicious. It really goes well with white fish and other mild seafood.
This one is of my prefered too, pig feets with lobster,sofrito, picada and snail. I can see than some people can be shocked and disgusted, but it goes well.
