I sometimes do it too but I suffer from a bad heart after many years of stimulant+booze abuse.

I used to use up to 7-8 points of ice a day on top of a fifth and I would have to moniter my racing heart to see if I was gonna die. Heart rates of 180-235 were a daily deal.
I probably ruined my heart at this point and gonna die 30 years sooner than i should.
I would have a resting, "calm" heartrate of 150 minimum.
