Here's how I make mine. This will make 2 pizzas in standard cast iron pans (9 inch i think)

4 cups flour, 1t salt together
bloom 1 packet yeast with 1.5c warm water and 1t sugar for 5 minutes
add them together with 1/2c vegetable oil
knead and put in a bowl and cover to rise

Make whatever standard tomato sauce you like. I like mine a bit chunky so I use a 28oz san marzano tomatoes and crush them in the pan with onions garlic olive oil orgeano

you'll need about a pound of cheese between the two, I like more like 1.25 pounds but you could def use more.

1 lb sausage works p well as a topping, I'm also a fan of a similar amount of mushrooms but they need to be cooked a bit beforehand to get rid of some of their water

layering is standard, oil the pan, then dough cheese toppings sauce, cover with parmesan cheese and bake @425 for 35-40 minutes or until the crust is alton brown and delicious

one of these will feed two drunk and hungry men. for those familiar with different restaurants it is like a Uno's crust and a Lou's sauce

If you are feeling especially lazy you can cook your toppings into the sauce so you dont have to wash more pans
