Tuna and cottage cheese is my go to, get some high quality tuna in olive oil and just put it in a bowl with cottage cheese. Tastes good.

I get a fairly thin slice of bread, put some high quality KING OSCAR YELLOWFIN tuna on there (the best tuna available), then I place some cuts of swiss cheese on top of this. I DO NOT MELT. Then drizzle some oregano on top of the cheese. Another slice of bread? No, this is an open sandwich. The cheese against the mouth is an experience to be enjoyed. The cheese is the other slice of bread. Enjoy.
