Alright, I'm pretty hopeless at cooking.
Haven't seen my bird in a while so I thought I'd suprise her and make something nice.
Here's my list for tea:
Duck Breast
Roast Carrots
Bread Sauce
Chips

Is there anything more I could add? I'm worried it's not enough.
Also with duck, is the best method to put it in a skillet on low heat, and reduce the fat content of the duck, then put it in the oven?
