The one plus side with these vegan trends is that I'm finally able to eat decent desserts at bakeries and whatnot. I'd imagine it's similar for GF too
But wading through all the online garbage recipe blogs that have sprung up to capitalize on these trends is very un-desu

How come Michelin gives out stars like candy to restaurants in big cities and totally ignores the rest of the country?

I have no motivation to cook nice things for myself. It sucks cooking for one. No gf, no friends, no family to cook for. Why bother making big elaborate meals when I have no one to share it with?

You do understand that the attempt to eat organic is nothing more than reduce intake of synthetic products which either already have been found to harm ones health or are at least suspected to. Just because you can call salt sodium, doesn't make a piece of food "bad" nor "good". Most people are retarded and will eat trash, hippies just as much as normie "look out for the cholesterol-meme boomers.

Personally I eat orgainc meat for healthier nutritionaly fat composition due to grass feeding as well as animal husbandry. Fish on the other hand has to be ild caught. Cerain vegetables are fine from conventionaly farming, like mushrooms, while others should be watched closely like most grains and tatoes.

If you wouldn't be as stupid as the people you try to make fun of, you wouldn't laught about pesticide and endocrine disruptor reductions.
