It's either a problem of wrong expectations for your recipes or a time issue.
Do you want to make some kind of toast bread or a more rustic bread? Obviously using a recipe for some rustic artisanal bread will not result in an airy and fluffy toast bread.
If the recipe is on point then I would say you either knead too long or not long enough and/or your proofing times are wrong. Usually more yeast and higher temperatures need a shorter proofing time (and vice versa). If you proof too long then the texture won't be right. And obviously the same is true for too little yeast, cold temps and too short proofing times.

Imagine belonging to such a failed culture that you don't actually rise your bread properly lol, you just take a mash of grain let it sit out until it rots and ferments and then bake it and you call it culture lol.

Coffee at 11 am is great. If you get along you can go do lunch an hour later, if not you're out a couple cups of coffee. You should pay for the coffee, split the lunch if you get there. Movie after maybe cocktails.

Walk in a local park, ice skating in the metro, walk down holiday street, bar with a pool table and darts, etc. If you want to pay for a fuck just get a prostitute, if you want to find someone special, you need to appreciate some compromise. Healthy relationships aren't just one way. Any girl that would give you attitude about not paying for her meal is not someone you want to be with anyways.
