Tonight it's this. Unpeated Islay but you'd swear it was if you didn't know. Favourite Scotch. Funny how at first I found it aggressive and mineraly and kind of seawater-ish which is just my kind of stuff. Now on my second bottle and that's still there in the background but it's quite light and floral and buttery. Really lovely stuff.
