probably because everything needs its own goddamn remote for no reason. i have 3 remotes in my living room for the tv, blu-ray player, and receiver.

its 2000+20, i should be able to have one remote that controls all three things at once, i only use the tv remote for turning it on, changing the channel, selecting, settings, and occasionally the numberpad. i only use the reciever remote for turning it on, changing the volume, source, and sound mode. the blu ray player remote is only used for turning it on, selecting shit, and the transfer controls
