The baffling part isn't that someone thought up this abomination. Children come up with all kinds of chaotic and disgusting food creations. What is truly horrific is that someone decided to make it a second time and then a city decided to use it to represent their cuisine alongside the tomato soup in a bread bowl that they label as pizza.
