My favorite is pic related which is made by a local here.
The best ones are original, garlic and pineapple.
It's not terribly hot, maybe Tobasco-tier, but very tasty.
I have a bunch more I use regularly though, Marie Sharp's Gold, Valentina Black, Yucateco Mayan.
Yucateco Black tastes weird to me, I don't understand it. What am I supposed to do with it?
Also I just got Mamoun's and I haven't tried it yet and don't know what it's like so if you have suggestions I'm all ears.

thanks, anon. that's two in a row for melinda's, i'll have to keep an eye out for it. here's our local favorite, he has a pineapple one too now, i hope he makes a scotch bonnet next.
