If I ever move to the gringo states, one of the crazy ideas I have is put a botanero.
A botanero is sort of like a cantina-Hooters mashup.
You order a beer between 1 p.m and 4 p.m ( lunch time in mexico ) and they serve you a snack. You order another beer, and they serve you a different snack. Some botaneros offer up to 5 snacks, but most just do 3.
The snack could be anything from fried tilapia, tacos and all the way to bbq tamales.
