Thank you for this thread boys, i always love to discuss pizza, no matter what style or country it's from.

I've been around the world a lot, tried american pizza, and NY definitely had the best style over there. Pretty solid pizzas in France (Paris), but the prices were just ridiculous. With that being said, nothing beats neapolitan pizza, i shit you not i thought the people were exagerating until i actually went there. The balance of mozzarella and sace just melts along with that soft, divine dough, i don't even know how they get it to be so flawless. 2nd probably comes Rome. pic related, roman, with anchovies.
