Not really a cocktail but I love a good New Orleans Gin Fizz. not exact, but you shake up an eggwhite with a couple shots of gin and another shot of lime juice until its frothy. Shake it some more with some ice, a little simple syrup(or not idc), and a pinch of salt. Some people do it with lemon juice and cream too.
