oh and my other roaster was fine.
like 3-4 days after roasting, tasted great, after 2 weeks it still tasted good even a bit "old"
but yeh this new place is just failing hard.
its fine tho, its all a learning growing experience :)
oh and i have those rok storage jars which i really like, its not a vacuum but good enough.
and even if im buying alot i still will buy like 1kg as 4 250g bags so im just opening 1 bag and then splitting it between 2 jars
