Didn't mean to dreg that up- I was mostly referring to how people used the word on 4chan. Especially with words like "artfag" or "capefag" in these cases, the 'annoying twatbag' definition rings more true than the actual one.
You're right, though- in real life it's a slur, and shouldn't be used if the listener isn't comfortable with hearing it. No amount of "That's not what it means anymore/ it's just a word you're choosing to be offended by/ I won't have my freedom of speech be censored yadda yadda yadda" can excuse that.

But back to food. Add lavender when making homemade lemonade to turn it purple!
