Can anyone rec me a good hot sauce to go with eggs? I've been using pic related but I'm looking for something a bit hotter.

Cholula is my go-to. Any recommendations for similar sauces?

Tried tabasco and crystal, both don't stand up.

Cholula is my favorite. I buy it in half-gallon containers and put it in a squirt bottle.
I don't have a least favorite since I haven't tried them all, but the worst I've tasted was Frank's Red Hot Sauce.

Cholula is less hot, and tastes better IMO.

I'm more of a coffee/beer snob than a hot sauce snob, so I like Cholula. It's flavorful and available almost anywhere in the US. Even Waffle House.

Ok CK, here's the problem:

Once upon a time I hated hot sauce. Then I tried Cholula and everything changed. It was flavorful and didn't seem to cause any (unbearable) physical pain.

But now, years later, I find my self dumping outrageous amounts of this stuff on my food. Shit's expensive, I'm ready to level up.

What's the second level of hot sauce? What sort of Hot Sauce do you like?
