I'm back living at home for the time being and my dad is a hopeless cook, so I do a lot of the cooking for him and my mom. He's basically retired, so we have breakfast together a lot. I make him a simple breakfast sandwich with black forest ham, cheese, and a fried egg on a toasted english muffin with 2 eggs over easy on the side. I made trout and orzo last night too which he enjoyed.

We have a nice little routine in the morning. He pops out early and gets us coffee from Dunkin' Donuts and I get breakfast going while he's out. Breakfast is ready 5 minutes after he brings the coffee back and we sit down together, eat and drink our coffee and talk about the news or golf or something. It's a good feel for sure.

Sorry to hear about your dad, bud. I've been spending a lot of time with my dad lately and I really do cherish our relationship. Hate the idea that I'm going to lose him one day. Nice post. Your English is fine by the way!
