I was fortunate enough to live in an area in which most of the McDonald's had some sort of "retro" theme, some of which included a working jukebox as well as some vintage vehicles on display. There was even a location (in a Walmart of all places) with a Sci-fi theme that showed old B-Movies on their TV screens. What they ended up doing to those restaurants was absolutely heinous.

Nearly all the McDonald's in my area had a 50s theme to it, with each location centered around a different sport. It was really fucking cool, shame on corporate for not allowing franchisees take liberties with their restaurants.
