I'm still proud of this. My mother, the amazing cook she is, can't make breads or pastries from scratch (including pie crusts). She always said it was really hard to get right, but the recipe I followed was straight forward.

I made bread for the first time in my life yesterday and this master piece came out. I'd say it's pretty easy, you just gotta be consistant and not wuss out on the kneading.
