true for a office worker but when i am out in the blazing sun working a 12 hour shift carrying around 80lb bags of concrete and 4"x4"s i could easily suck down a gallon of water by lunch time and that's enough to deplete electrolytes and B vitamins to the point it will make you feel sick

ok yea that was it, Premier Cuvee is good up to 95f but 65f is ideal, 70f is the best i can do without putting them in a bathtub and filling with cold water and maintaining with ice since i live in hell, i wish i could get the rest of my house down to 70f but i would have a +$400 electric bill
