>paleo (there is nothing paleo in ANY grocery store)

every single thing in a grocery store has been bred to be nothing like what it would have been during the paleolithic era.

also a paleo diet was one of eating whatever you could find. it was NOT meat heavy, and was very heavy on fibrous vegetation, bugs, small game, nuts, fish, fruits and definitely lacking in refined sugar, or grains. the diet changed radically with the seasons and location. when humans moved in to an area they generally cleaned out 85% of the big game in a 10 square mile area around where they lived in just a few decades.

if you actually researched it (and didn't just believe tik tok and youtubers) you would know this.

Tiger nut flour, cassava starch, eggs, high oleic sunflower oil, coconut flour.

All the things every caveman could get at his local caveman grocery store.
