Getting lots of cucumbers this year. Going to make tzatziki later today, but I'm running out of ideas to use it for. What are some summer dishes you guy make with cucumber? (Please not just another salad)

so /ck/, What are some foods that you've hated for a long time, but eventually learn to love? For me it's cucumbers, I really hated them for the longest time, but since I've been on keto diet for a months, I've learned to really like cucumbers for it's light and crisp texture and "fruity" flavour that pairs well with the mostly heavy and fat filled recipes that are keto.

After years of research and asking the right people the right questions, I have come to the conclusion that cucumber is not a real vegetable. Unlike what the agriculture industry tells you, cucumber is more of a state of vegetable than a vegetable on its own.

This may sound crazy, but hear me out. I'm sure you've all noticed that the longer you leave a vegetable or fruit in the fridge, the more it starts tasting like cucumber. Therefore, it's not too far off to conclude that cucumbers are simply over-refrigerated other vegetables and fruits, which are sold to you at an artificially high price to make a profit.

If you're still sceptical, ask yourself, have you ever seen a cucumber in the wild? No? Do you know anyone who has ever seen a cucumber in the wild? Probably not.
