If you don't know your neighbors, I'd still ask, as it's a good way to get to know them.

Now there is one giant asterisk to all of this. It is generally very polite to give them something in return later. Be it some of what you cooked, or something else. You can also do stuff like shovel their sidewalk once.

Get to know them anon. Our neighbors should be some of the people we know best, but modern society wants to keep us apart.

Starbucks cafes are fine. I like the cold brew coffee and sometimes I’ll get a latte but for the most part is rather not go to Starbucks if I can help it. I think the last time I was in a Starbucks was back in February getting a cold brew as a hangover cure. The employees were nice and they got mine and my friends order out in a timely manner.

Does caffeine deteriorate in coffee beans as they get older and stale?

Should I get the Hario skerton pro for moka pot espresso? If I can get replacement burrs there shouldn't be any longevity issues right?

Try immediately eating something healthy for breakfast with coffee when you wake up. Then try eating either a big healthy lunch or dinner. Choose one. Then force yourself to not eat after dinner. Be miserable for a little while. You will make it fren.
