Humans have human milk, it's yellow and full of sugar and fat, which makes it rather off-puttingly sweet. It doesn't coagulate in response to either animal or BT rennet so little can be done with it and to top it all off it goes bad rather quickly. Nonetheless women sell their breastmilk to other women who can't breastfeed.

I don't think vegans can appreciate we domesticated these animals over thousands of years. Housecat is newcomer at 4,000 years ago. Cows...the animal we adapted them from is extinct, they're literally an orphaned species with no biological niche. We attempted to remake the original species, Aurochs, through a fairly complex crossbreeding program. They certainly have the look but most agree they're probably not as violent or stubborn as the ancient version.
