A few weeks ago I started a job bartending at a restaurant/bar in a fancy tourist town for a break from corporate life. The management are fucking atrocious and unironically couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery, the staff are all useless faggot kids who are more interested in doing TikTok faggotry and getting drunk on the job than actually working (and they get away with it because they're all related to, or fucking relatives, of management/owners). The chefs are almost all fucking pajeet losers who are constantly gambling and fuck up orders all the time, while giving everybody a shitty holier-than-thou attitude. Staff (management included) have domestic violence incidents in front of customers while their faggot children stumble into the restaurant during service drunk and high because they stole a bottle of Jack Daniels from the bar to drink while smoking weed in the back, when they aren't dealing to their faggot friends in the bathrooms. Customers tip me because they can see I'm the only person actually pulling my weight and tell me they're sorry for me.

How do you hospitality workers put up with this fucking shit? Surely the entire industry isn't full of the dregs of society? Surely some venues are staffed my mature, competent people? Right? I resigned today out of sheer disgust, and all the other competent staff resigned this week too. Management are having a meeting tomorrow as a result and I doubt anything will happen. Thankfully I can always go back to corporate life and I don't need this job, but it's certainly made me realise that most hospitality workers should rightfully be replaced by automation because they're a bunch of degenerate cunts with no future except jail, funded by people who are pissing away investor capital so they can say they own/manage a prestigious venue. There's no other way to rationalise it.
