I have tinnitus all the time. Feelsbadman.

How the fuck do I achieve stable results with my quickmill orione? I grind my beans quite fine and use about 16g for a double espresso. Machine reaches between 10 and 11 bar.

Sometimes the stream has a silky texture and is dark brown (which I want), sometimes the stream is very fluid and is of a light brown. The taste corresponds. I have no idea how this is caused.

>eggs start spilling from under the quiche
>put another foil layer under the baking form and hoping for the best
it's been 10 mins, I'm scared to look

Anyone else freeze their pickles and eat them? I've been bullied all day at school for bringing frozen pickles with my lunch box and people just point laugh and call me the pickler lickler. Is it wrong or weird to eat frozen pickles? And how could I get them to stop?
