Japanese whisky is some of the best I have ever had. You should try it before you dismiss it. The Japanese take whisky pretty seriously.

It's gotten rather popular where I live. Anytime I bring Yamazaki to the counter, the clerk always raves about it.

Every single time I bring a bottle of Yamazaki to the counter, the clerk always raves about it. The big Wines & Spirits place near me just got a whole bunch of them.
But it's the only Japanese whisky they have, wish they would get more in. But such is life in non-privatized liquor stores.

I love this stuff. It was a fat, black, sassy woman at the counter that recommended it to me. She was also an expert on sake. Thank you fat, black, sassy woman.

Yamazaki is some of the best Whisky I have ever had, I would recommend at least trying it. Very smooth and pleasurable to drink.
