very comfy vid. I guess my only concern might be that the fresh ingredients (tomato, lettuce) get cooked when the bun is sealed. still neat, though.

you'll probably want something to ween yourself off of the sugar, and in my experience, the sharpness of the carbonation is another factor probably contributing to the addiction. so, you can try fruits to help with the sugar - dried ones like figs/dates are quite sweet and may be enough to stave off the cravings. they are a lot better than empty added sugar since they also carry the fiber to help balance things, but still don't overdo it. go by the guidelines on the nutrition facts and don't exceed sugar levels equal a couple cans of soda each day. for the carbonation, you can try basic seltzer water as it's cheaper, but actual sparkling water imo tends to have different sized bubbles and hits differently, which I prefer. you can also combine these suggestions while possibly just reducing the amount of soda you take in if it's a lot per day. if you drink, say, 3 cans a day, try to get it down to 1 or 2, substituting the sugar with dried fruit instead and drinking plenty of seltzer water. afaik you can't really go overboard drinking the water, and the hydration will probably go a long way towards improving your health. there is no way around reducing the sugar you're taking in to solve your issue, but using stuff like what I've said may help get you on track towards that goal. best of luck anon, it's never too late.

absolutely based. I get these all the time, marinate in red wine and grill - just finished off my last batch the other day. I usually eat with some pearl barley and sauteed veggies in a bowl with some balsamic drizzled over top. the head-on shrimp at costco if you have them in your area are also very nice. sautee 'em in a pan, then remove shells and cook with some garlic, celery, seaweed and season to make some a nice broth - enjoy it all together.

excellent info anon. I like your movies and such but know little about the particulars of each region/city other than that abos like to sleep in the middle of the road in less populated areas and get run over and also drank petrol so much they had to invent that new abo-proof opal stuff. abo threads are my 'abo'solute favorite.

in Italy I would order a scoop of pistachio gelato and one of coffee gelato, side by side. was pretty good. lemon gelato with a scoop of rich, dark chocolate is also a nice combo. oh, and I was also told that if the pistachio gelato is very green it is likely fake and shitty - the good stuff was I think a bit more of a brown tint

recognizing a problem you can fix and not doing anything about it proves you have no backbone and don't care about changing.
