trying some raw and ripe puehr brewed together. 2020 prosblossom and some 2022 snoozefest, both from w2t.
So far they seem to work pretty well together, the shu seems to add a little creamyness which balances out the astringency of the young sheng a little even when brewing it decently strong. It almost tastes a bit like cocao nibs. The cha qi is kicking my ass, but I am brewing pretty strong
