Picture vaguely related.

I had myself a crocodile burger today, from a streetfood stall specialising in a variety of burger meats - IIRC beef, boar, venison, crocodile, camel and kangaroo - and with a fresh hog roast.

It was... nice. But it really didn't taste much of anything. It was just a crumbly, pink meat.

They served it in a brioche bun with onions, so it's not like it was being overpowered. Am I missing something here?
