Thanks. There's definitely something off with the burger patty, though. I'm kind of in charge of the kitchen, but decided to fuck off for the reopening because I'm not interested in being a guinea pig and don't give a shit about throwing around my leverage to be NEET for 6 months. (There's going to be some hard conversations when I go back full time.) I've been shilling Laphroaig 10 for years. I don't think I introduced it to anyone or anything; I mean, it's pretty much the poster child for Islay, but I will admit that I haven't seen anyone else talking about how well it pairs with Taco Bell's dollar menu. I got heavy recommendations to try the Quarter Cask a couple years ago and I'm honestly still on the fence. I think the QC is more nuanced, but since I'm usually already intoxicated by the time I get home, I think I just like how the 10 is more straight forward.
