you're not cooking over flames, you're cooking over embers. Have your fire, to create embers, then have a zone you rake embers into to cook over.

I don't like alcohol, I'm one of those autists that can "feel out" the taste of alcohol in a mixed drink and immediately deny it because it tastes too flat due to the alcohol or whatever.
Thankfully, I finally found a recipe that is adjusted to my tastes perfectly. I brew up some of Tiesta Tea's blueberry/hibiscus tea and pair it up with some Deep Eddy's lemon vodka. It's the first drink I could truly drink with the vodka being completely masked but I'm feeling the burn and warmth of it as it's gone down. Shit's so cash.

the main flaw of induction is that pans have to be perfectly flat
it's very easy to warp pans and many pans aren't even flat to begin with
