I went through a macdalds drive thru (North Carolina) for a coworker something like a year and a half ago and she had me ask for that and they produced it no problem. This was also in a very high volume area to where it's probably one of the most profitable in the area so they might have staff trained much better than average, also evidenced by the fact that if it takes more than 90 seconds they apologize for the wait.
