Look, if you eat somewhere and you get sick because its not clean, dont go back. What I'm saying is one of those local chinese places has to be clean enough to order from. And you're deluding yourself if you think that Panda Express is selling anything less disgusting than local places.
Panda Express sells sugar, salt, and msg with some rice on the side.
If you eat somewhere local, even if its just an experiment to see if its good, there's a chance they're using better quality stuff than bags of "orange sauce" or whatever dumped over frozen chicken pieces.
