It's something of a lost technique, but the bakers of yore would often utilize wind and brass instruments in their baking in order to aerate their breads as well as induce crustular breakdown at a molecular level to help soften the entire loaf, with said softness varying with which song was played for the bread.

The truly great chefs would employ a variety of instruments in their baking bands, however, to ensure dough confusion so that the bread couldn't build up a resistance to a particular song and instrument quickly, since the various instruments would keep it guessing on a cellular level.
