All the different kinds of milk alternatives taste as good or superior to cow's milk and nobody gets hurt or has their milk stolen.
If you're making muffins or cookies you have to make sure nobody licks the spoon or the bowl if you use eggs. No fun. Eggs are chicken periods anyways. Gross. No chicken has to get hurt or have eggs stolen.
The only good cholesterol is the kind your own body makes. If you bring it in from an outside source, it's bad cholesterol.
