yes some of these peoples do eat meat on occasion but all of their diets are mostly plants

its not about "qualifying" as a vegetarian
eating mostly plants is the thing they all have in common thats linked to their longevity not the meat
just because they have a small amount of meat in their diet doesn't prove anything about meat being healthy it just proves that a little bit of meat doesn't completely ruin your health when basically everything else you do in your life is helping it
