So I'm making a Chicago style pizza (pie) eggplant and spinach, have not decided on a meat yet.

I'm wondering what would go well with spinach and eggplant? Also does anyone have a crust recipe that does not require corn meal or 4+ hours to rise?

(I really don't care about pizza semantics I like it all as long as it's made with quality shit)
