I have hiatus hernia and 3x more stomach acid than normal people, I was told milk and dairy is bad for it because of how it reacts with the acid.
I've always drank milk by the pint though so fuck it I don't even give a shit.

Avoid fried foods and spicy food (best foods).
Bread/rice/pasta is all good.
