Veganfag again. One last thing before I finally fuck off:

>I'd rather have shitty health than eat animals
Nonsense. Hearing this makes me sad.

These are the krill oil tabs I was talking about earlier. If you take 2 or 3 of them per day, along with a single tab of B12 (better buy a complete B-vitamin complex while you're at it to save money), maybe add some zinc from time to time, it is literally impossible to get any deficiencies, even if you're the most illiterate, dense retard on earth and only eat trash all day. There are also these 'A to Z' supplements which have all vitamins in one tab.

FYI since you're about morals (which you should and for which I commend you), krill (along with shellfish) are the most nutrient-dense organisms on earth and literally THE most abundant life form on the entire planet while not being farmed. Physiologically they are much more akin to plants than animals in a sense that they are merely floating particles in huge clouds, eating microscopic phyto-plankton and they don't really have any awareness apart from constantly ingesting dirt via sea current. They don't even comprehend when they're eaten by a whale.

In regards to the general idea of supplementation: There is NOTHING to be ashamed about and it doesn't make your life choices any less valid. My father is a life-long meat and cheese enthusiast and he has heavy deficiencies to a point where he NEEDS to supplement all kinds of stuff every day to get his nutrients despite eating meat and milk daily. We have built a society where all our food is incredibly devoid of nutrients. Statistically speaking, everyone has some form of deficiency and wholesome vegans tend to have better blood levels than meat eaters, so don't be afraid and don't say things like that to begin with. You'll be fine and happy.

...and remember to give those girls a taste of your nuts. ;)
