Dave's hot sauce is actually pretty good but overpriced and usually only available in those cringe hot sauce shops.

At my local caltor there's a hot sauce so hot you have to sign a waiver before you can put it on your burrito. It's kept in a locked display case. I'm pretty sure it's this one.

Yucateco is a great sauce. Tapatío is better than Valentina anyway. Valentina is too sweet.

How is there no Dave's? Is it a West Coast thing? Is it too pleb? I don't use it for a lot, but it's great to add some flavor to boring foods.

Depends on your heat tolerance. I love this stuff, but if I stop eating it for a couple of months, I have to get used to it all over again.

There’s a milder, habanero version that is way less heat.

find some REALLY hot sauce to go along with crystals. i recommend daves. also glare at anybody that puts ketchup on the dog
