So I'm too tired to talk step by step. The highlights are I bought too many mushrooms and ended up using only half the mushroom soup puree. The mushroom sauce came out good besides a few mess ups. Turkey came out great and tasty. Next time I'm adding orange juice to the brine to give it some tang to contrast the robustness of the rub. Green bean casserole came out good. The key to making green bean casserole taste good is to use fresh green beans. You can be lazy and use store bought mushroom soup, but the canned green beans are mushy garbage.
