I've got a couple pricy knives, and I've got that kitchenade too. I've been eyeing a soft rubber cutting board for a bit but I haven't pulled the trigger. However I just got a thermapen one, and it's pretty fucking rad. I didn't think it would be that big a deal, but as a restaurant cook I'm not sure I can ever go back to a slow thermometer.
