ITT Jew food

Alright so I recently came into about ten pounds of dolphin meat and have no idea what to do with it. It's very dark and bloody but also very fatty. Kind of like steak, only the fish smell is very strong despite it being frozen.

I got it from real Asians if that matters.

It's a big chunk of meat so I can cut it however it needs to be. Like I said there's a lot so there's room for experimentation with some failure.

Also if any of you are in the Portland, Oregon area and want to get in on this, I'm open to meet ups.
