People don't hate you because you cook. Everyone hates you because you've spent the last 4 years trying to turn all cooking into a containment thread. And guess what? You've succeeded. You're the reason people bitch about "all the fast food threads" in the catalog, no pun intended. You, more than anyone else, have killed this board. And for the record, /ck/ has always been a dog board.

Since /fit/ lost it's "health" moniker we've become the de facto health board, which is ridiculous. I suggest we redirect all /fit/ posters, or people asking questions about healthy eating/nutrition to a page with nothing but the Tommy Pickles pasta.

There was a brief time when I got nervous telling someone that I was into wine, or whiskey, or beer, because I had this expectation in the back of my head that when they asked me questions I'd be expected to be an expert on everything and have well thought out ideas on this or that. I've since grown up and become an alcoholic, so I no longer care about "being a connoisseur" and just drink the things I enjoy.
